In his opening monologue on Thursday’s edition of “Hannity,” Sean said that the left-wing reaction to Trump’s victory “is now reaching mind-numbing levels.” The host cited stories of Washington D.C. women cutting and dyeing their hair “because they want to feel empowered in order to oppose president-elect Trump.” Hannity also noted that a public relations firm founded by CNN “radical” pundit Van Jones is “working with Republican Electoral College electors who plan on voting against Donald Trump on Dec. 19.”

For all the attention to the gender gap in politics, the lesser-noticed marriage gap is bigger. Donald Trump did better among male voters than female ones by 11 points, his support among married voters was 15 points higher than it was with unmarried voters. Married America voted for Trump by a solid margin (52 to 44 percent), while single America voted for Hillary Clinton in a landslide (55 to 37 percent).

When Donald Trump’s history of sexual assault first became a major issue on the campaign trail, his then–campaign manager Kellyanne Conway was quick to defend him by accusing anti-Trump lawmakers of making unwanted advances on women, too. “Everybody is running around saying, ‘He’s condoning sexual assault,’” Conway said on MSNBC. “No, he’s not.” Conway hasn’t said much on the subject since, but she was forced to confront the issue again on Wednesday, when a high-school student asked her how she could “rationalize” working for Trump given his record with women.
